This eggplant dip, also known as baba ghanoush has a delicious smoky taste and earthy flavour and is best used as a dip or a spread. We recommend pairing this creamy dip with crisp veggie sticks or a pita bread.
Our eggplant dip is made locally in the Piedimonte’s kitchen in Fitzroy. All of our dips are freshly made so you can be sure they will always taste great!
